By using Campus Cribs you agree to use the marketplace lawfully and to provide accurate information about yourself and any property you list.

Campus Cribs connects students with property managers. Leases, deposits and tours are handled directly between the student and the property manager. Campus Cribs is not a party to any rental agreement.

Property managers list properties at no cost and agree to pay a placement fee when a student introduced through Campus Cribs signs a lease.

We may remove listings or accounts that violate these terms.
